So here's my abstract:
As a stocker at Ingles Markets, I have personally witnessed the back-and-forth of minor class struggle between the working and capitalist classes. We are almost constantly subtly coerced into longer hours for the same pay, work at a break neck pace, and have no benefits to speak of. The workforce respond in what ways it can, however this is almost always a futile effort. The strongest theories supporting this come from Marx in the form of the industrial reserve army, the length of the working day, rate of exploitation, and the accumulation of capital. I believe this investigation will end with the ultimate conclusion of the workers getting constantly shafted, with little way out other than a full overhaul of the capitalist labor system. : ( Such is life.
